The global team from Link was delighted to host distributors, manufacturers reps, OEM partners, and honored guests last week at the company's headquarters in Rome, Italy.
The festivities started with a rooftop reception on Wednesday evening in central Rome overlooking the Foro Romano (Roman Forum) and Circo Massimo (Circus Maximus). A "day at the factory" workshop followed on Thursday, where Link's global team introduced guests to the company's latest systems, emerging technologies, and future vision. Before departing the factory, keeping in Link's tradition, a prosecco & Parmigiano reception was mandatory before attendees boarded the coaches and headed back to the hotel to prepare for a traditional outdoor Roman dinner! Link's CEO, Marco Piromalli, said, "We wanted to make our 35th anniversary an exceptional event that we could share with our industry friends worldwide!"
Friday morning, guests were backstage for a tour of the world-famous Auditorium Parco Della Musica complex containing four live performance venues, including the 2700-seat Santa Cecilia Hall, one of the largest concert halls in Europe. Link provided products during the building of this facility beginning in 1993 and continues to collaborate with partner AGORA productions to service the hundreds of performances annually held in this music park.
On Friday evening, Link's team, business partners, international guests, and local friends attended the week's grand finale event in the Kolbe hotel's award-winning gardens. All were treated to a spectacle of elegant lighting, audio, and entertainment while savoring a six-course Italian feast.
